The Texas Mission Council (TMC) hosts one mission conference per year. The 2024 conference will be held in person at the Oblate Center in San Antonio, Texas Friday February 23 at 6 pm, through Sunday February 25 at 11:30 am. 

The theme is: "Pilgrims of Hope embracing the call".

- No lodging is available at the Oblate center. You must make separate arrangements for lodging. The recommended conference hotel is the Drury Inn. See information below.

- Check in and our meeting rooms are in the Benson Theological Center (aka Tynmen Hall). There is ample parking nearby. See map under "2024 Conference Documents".

- Food service is no longer available at the Oblate center. We will be catering lunch and dinner on Saturday. Free breakfast is available at the hotel Saturday and Sunday, as well as free food at dinner time on Friday.

Registration is a 3 step process:

1. Register filling out the "Online Registration Form" below and clicking submit. Deadline for registering is Tuesday 2-20-24 so we can make food arrangements. Please use the open text field to let us know if you have food allergies or other accommodation requests. Couples need to register and pay separately.

2. Conference payment is by PayPal/ Credit card. Free conference admission for university students and seminarians, though you must register and pay for food service if you are eating with us.

3. Reserve your hotel room at the Drury Inn. (Optional if you have other accommodations arranged.)

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Drury Inn and Suites San Antonio for Friday night 2-23-24 and Saturday night 2-24-24. It is under our name which is "TMC Annual Conference". The hotel is located at 8818 Jones Maltsberger Rd., San Antonio, TX 78216, which is on the Southwest side of the airport. It is about 2.5 miles from the Oblate center. There are rooms with two queen size beds and others with one king size bed. The cost is $123 per night, which is approximately $143 with taxes. The cost is the same for the one bed and two bed rooms. You will pay the hotel directly for your room. The TMC block of rooms expires on February 1, so book your room soon.
